Known as the creative city, Dundee is home to the new V&A Museum, a first for Scotland, and will be home to our first hotel and restaurant.
Activity has ramped up in recent years and, with the support of the public and private sector, the city is fast becoming Scotland’s success story.
We were delighted to secure planning permission in 2018 for the former Robertson’s Furniture store in the heart of Dundee.
And the story doesn’t end there, the Group has recently signed a new deal on site 17 next to the Harbour.
This gives the Group the opportunity to work in close partnership with Dundee City Council, which embarked on an ambitious 30-year project to redevelop Dundee’s Central Waterfront.
We believe city centres should be places for living, working, shopping and where people are brought together; to co-live, co-work, co-create.
Dundee is known for its creative talent, renowned for being the birthplace of one of the best-loved cartoon characters, Desperate Dan, and with its status as a Unesco City of Design, we know our plans will only strengthen the city’s sense of place.
