Home of the Scottish Parliament, the Castle, Greyfriars Bobby and so much more we have set our ambitions to deliver our first joint project for Edinburgh.

Our focus is on delivering large-scale regeneration an collaborative projects including student, later  living and private rental accommodation.  One submission is our new site in Edinburgh’s West End at Gorgie Road.
 
In a first for both parties, the Group has partnered with Scotmid Co-Operative to convert its current shop into a state-of-the-art store complete with student apartments above.  The planned proposal will bring a significant invest of £15 million to the area and breathe new life and footfall into the area.
