NIXON is a forward-looking construction practice, offering a project cycle of services from inception to completion including quantity surveying, project management, architecture and civil and structural engineering. NIXON is leading as employers agents, project managers and principal designers on Scotway House, a flagship development for Structured House Group.
Our joint venture partner, Harrison Street supports our ambitions and vision. Our first joint project is Glasgow’s Scotway House which is a £40million GVA and will house 399 students along the historic Clydeside. Changing the skyline and retaining and attracting top talent to Glasgow, Scotway House will open in September 2019.
